GETTING STARTED

Platform Basics

GetPrintX is a print-on-demand and drop shipping platform for entrepreneurs. We help you sell custom products without holding inventory we print, pack, and ship your orders directly to your customers.

Simply sign up on our website, create a free seller account, connect your online store or place manual orders through our dashboard. Upload your designs, select products, and we take care of the rest.

No. All products are made-to-order. You only pay when a customer places an order.

Absolutely. No technical knowledge is needed. Our dashboard and guides make the process easy for first time sellers.

Account Setup & Verification

You can start without any documents. For full reseller access, including GST invoicing and bulk discounts, you'll need to provide basic KYC documents and a GSTIN (optional but recommended).

No. You can start as an individual. GSTIN is recommended for scaling and input tax credit.

After signup, complete your profile and upload any required documents under the Verification tab. Our team reviews and verifies your account within 24–48 hours.

Store Integration

Yes, you can place manual orders directly from the dashboard. Many sellers use GetPrintX to fulfill orders from Instagram, WhatsApp, or other platforms without needing a website.

Branding Options

Yes! We offer white-label packaging, neck labels, hang tags, and thank you notes. So your customer only sees your brand, not ours.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to courier your own thank-you cards, stickers, flyers, or other inserts to our warehouse at [link]. We’ll make sure to include them with your customer orders. Please ensure these materials are sent in bulk, enough to last 2 to 6 months and delivered proactively to our Nagpur warehouse. Once an order is placed, your custom packaging will be included with the shipment.

Product Offerings

You can sell a wide variety of POD products, including apparel like T-shirts , hoodies, and more, as well as accessories such as mugs, sipper bottles, and mouse pads.

Yes, the process is the same and straightforward whether you're ordering a single sample or placing a shipment order. You can order 1, 100, or 1000 units, the pricing remains fully transparent. The cost of a sample T-shirt is the same as that of a regular shipment order, and the process to place both orders is identical and convenient.

Design & Customization

You can add your designs and brand logos to most products. Upload PNG or JPEG image during order placement.

Yes, we offer mockup previews during product customization. For catalog-quality photos or lifestyle mockups, you can visit our Get instant quote

Yes. Our system supports design previews and mockups. We recommend uploading high-resolution (File Size:15-50 MB, 300 dpi) PNG or JPEG for best results.

We support PNG (transparent preferred) and JPEG. Ensure they are high-resolution.

We do basic resizing but do not offer design editing. Please upload final print-ready files.

Yes. You can mix product types and variants in a single checkout.

Orders & Fulfillment

Shipping & Delivery

When you receive an order, we handle production, printing, packaging, and shipping directly to your customer. No inventory or logistics needed.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days. Timeline for final delivery (from order date) is 4-8 business days based on location.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Yes. With Rush Shipping, orders placed before 10 AM IST (same as order date) are dispatched within 24 hours. Extra fees apply.

Yes. We offer global shipping. Rates and delivery times vary. Customs duties may apply at destination.

Order Management

Tracking details are sent via email and can also be viewed on your GPX dashboard. Log into your dashboard to manage all orders and view real-time status. Track Orders

Once an order status shows as “Printing Done” or “Ready to Ship” on the dashboard, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation before that stage, please raise a support ticket here: Support Ticket.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

If an order is lost in transit, the merchant is eligible for a reimbursement of the product cost, which will be credited to their wallet. Please note, this applies only after a proper investigation by the courier partner confirms the loss. This is different from situations where the customer refuses deliveryin such cases, the order is returned to the warehouse, and standard RTO policies apply.

Yes. After your order is successfully delivered, the COD amount will be credited to your wallet. The option to transfer these funds to your bank account will be available within 4-5 business days in the “Remittance” section. For more details, please check your dashboard here: Dashboard.

Payments & Pricing

Payment Methods & Security

To place an order, merchants first need to recharge their wallet balance. You can recharge your wallet using various convenient payment methods, including UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and major digital wallets.

Yes. We use encrypted gateways and never store full payment credentials.

Yes. All commerce transactions require wallet recharge.

Pricing & Discounts

No, GetPrintX is completely free to use. You're only charged when an order is placed.

No. Product + shipping + tax is transparently shown before checkout.

Yes! Check our Discounts Page for volume pricing and offers.

Tax & Invoicing

Yes. GST is added where applicable. You can input your GSTIN during checkout to receive a GST invoice.

Absolutely. Invoices are auto-generated and downloadable from your dashboard. Check your dashboard to know more. Dashboard

International orders include product cost + global shipping. Duties are customer's responsibility. Pricing may vary depending on the local laws and geography.

Returns, Refunds & Support

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only for physical damage or printing defects . We provide replacement or refund as per the customer’s choice.

If it's our production error (in case of physical damage or printing defects), we cover the return shipping charges. Otherwise, it is the merchant’s responsibility .

RTO & Replacements

RTOs are stored for 60 days . If the customer reorders, we'll resend it, though shipping costs will apply .

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Replacements are delivered within 3–7 business days from the return pickup date.

Product Quality Issues

No. Since all products are made to order , we don't allow preference-based returns.

Minor variations (within 5–10% ) are normal. However, if there are significant errors, we will replace the product free of cost .

Once an order is shipped , the cost is non-refundable . We recommend confirming orders with your customers before shipping to avoid such situations.

Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST (excluding national holidays). You can reach out via WhatsApp, email or phone during these hours.

We are closed on national holidays, and order processing may be paused during such days. Any pending orders are resumed on the next business day.
