BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the website GetprintX.com (the "Website"), operated by GetPrintX (a business operated by Lavissh, Proprietor) (“Business”). It applies to your purchase of products offered on the Website and includes, by reference, all policies and guidelines mentioned herein.
GetPrintX reserves the right to change or revise this Agreement at any time by posting updates on this Website. You will be notified of changes via the updated revision date. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance. Please review this Agreement regularly to remain informed.
This Agreement does not override any other written agreement you may have with GetPrintX. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
1. Website Use
1.1 Content and Intellectual Property
All content, including third-party materials, is protected by copyright and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
1.2 Third-Party Links
Linked websites are not controlled or endorsed by GetPrintX. We are not responsible for their content or functionality.
1.3 Prohibited Conduct
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with others’ use of the Website
- Transmit spam or malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Website or servers
- Reproduce or resell Website content or services
1.4 License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Website for personal use. Derivative works and redistribution are prohibited without written permission.
2. Products

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2.4 Proprietary Rights
All product designs and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or resale without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
2.5 Sales Tax
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes based on their jurisdiction.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 4–6 business days, or as per the timeline confirmed during the order approval stage. For bulk orders, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product type; however, we strive to maintain a fast and reliable turnaround to meet your business requirements.
All domestic shipments are fulfilled through Shiprocket, our official shipping partner. Shiprocket aggregates India’s leading courier services to ensure timely and trackable deliveries across the country.
GetPrintX guarantees handover of all consignments to Shiprocket within the committed dispatch window. However, delivery timelines post-dispatch are governed by courier operations and may vary based on the destination.
Bulk orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout or the one shared in your final order summary. You will receive both order and shipping confirmation emails on your registered email ID, including tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Refund Policy
4.1 Courier Returns (RTO – Return to Origin)
If an order is undeliverable, it will be returned to:
GetPrintX Returns Warehouse, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
Common Reasons for RTO:
- Customer unreachable
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- COD amount unavailable
- Pin code not serviceable
- Customer refusal
- Premises closed or self-pickup requested
4.2 Storage & Action Period
Free storage for 60 days from return date
You may:
- Reship to the same or new address
- Ship to your own address
After 60 days: items are donated to charity or disposed off responsibly
Upon request, merchants can have their shipments delivered to their home address (expected delivery time to be 7-15 business days)
4.3 Reshipment Methods

4.4 Charges
RTO Handling Fee: GST per item + Fee per item
Shipping Fee: Reverse Shipping + Forward Shipping
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind. GetPrintX disclaims all warranties including:
- Merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of the Website
- Outcomes from use of our services or products
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain warranties. If this applies to you, our disclaimers are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetPrintX’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for a product (excluding shipping). We are not liable for:
- Inability to use our website or services
- Cost of replacement products
- Lost profits or indirect/consequential damages
This clause may be limited in jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GetPrintX (Lavissh, Proprietor) and its partners harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, or costs resulting from:
- Your breach of this Agreement
- Your misuse of the Website or its content
- Your violation of intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to defend such claims at our own cost using counsel of our choosing.
8. Agreement to Be Bound
By using this Website or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms stated in this Agreement.
9. General Terms
9.1 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, festive season).
9.2 Cessation of Operation
We reserve the right to cease operations or offerings without prior notice.
9.3 Entire Agreement
This document supersedes all prior communications and agreements related to your use of this Website and our products.
9.4 Waiver & Severability
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable.
9.5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. All disputes must be filed in courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
9.6 Statute of Limitations
You must file any claim within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim.
9.7 Waiver of Class Actions
All disputes must be resolved individually. Class or group actions are not permitted.
9.8 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account or Website access for any breach. This Agreement remains enforceable after termination.
9.9 Domestic Use
The Website is intended for users in India. Users outside India are responsible for compliance with domestic and international laws.
9.10 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. GetPrintX may assign its rights without restriction.
10. Design Guidelines
- All artwork submitted for printing must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality.
- For apparel printing, design files must be submitted PNG format only.
- If the submitted design contains issues such as low resolution or the presence of a background, the order will be placed on hold. In such cases, an additional processing time of 2–3 business days may apply.
- GetPrintX shall not be held liable for any degradation in print quality resulting from design-related issues.
- The use of the RGB color mode is a must, as it is best suited for digital printing and helps maintain color accuracy.
- Copyright Notice: In accordance with Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976, provisions for “fair use” apply for purposes such as criticism, commentary, news reporting, education, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a legally permitted exception to copyright infringement, especially in cases of non-profit, educational, or personal use, which are more likely to qualify under this doctrine.
11. Returns and Exchange
- Reshipping and handling charges are applicable for all orders marked with the status "RTO" (Return to Origin).
- In the event of any product defect or physical damage, an immediate exchange will be provided by GetPrintX at no additional cost.
- Fulfillment Deliveries: GetPrintX shall not be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party courier partners. While GetPrintX will provide a tracking number when available, it is the merchant’s responsibility to monitor shipment status and coordinate with the local postal service for any lost or delayed packages. All such losses are borne by the merchant.
- All RTO orders are retained for a maximum period of 90 days. After this period, the orders are donated or reshipped to the merchant’s registered address at our discretion.
- For RTO orders containing multiple products, reshipping must be done as a single consolidated shipment. We will not be able to ship items individually.
- The cost of all product exchanges shall be deducted from the merchant’s account balance, and a new order must be placed to initiate the exchange.
12. Tolerance Levels in GetPrintX Garments
- All garment measurements are subject to a tolerance of ±0.5 inches, which is considered within acceptable limits.
- Due to the natural characteristics of cotton, minor shrinkage after the first wash is expected. The internationally accepted standard for cotton shrinkage is not more than 2–3%.
- A fabric GSM tolerance of ±5% is also considered acceptable and within industry standards.
13. Shipping Terms
- All orders are shipped on a priority basis. However, if expedited delivery is required, merchant may opt for the Rush Shipping (Before 10 am) service at the time of order placement.
- Once an apparel has been printed, the corresponding order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- If any issue arises with an order, its status will be updated to "On-Hold." In such cases, merchants are advised to contact our team through the Support mobile no. 9404469099 for further assistance.
- For any delays or operational concerns, merchants may raise a support ticket linked to the specific order for resolution.
- In the event of an RTO due to reasons such as customer refusal or incomplete/missing shipping information, the drop-shipping merchant will be liable for the associated RTO charges. GetPrintX shall not be held responsible for such occurrences.
- GetPrintX provides the option for merchants to use their own courier accounts and upload shipment labels at the time of order placement.
- We support both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, subject to the availability of the service through our logistics partners. COD remittances are credited to the Merchant’s wallet on the date of delivery and can be transferred to the registered bank account within 4–5 business working days with a single click payout.
- The priority of order shipping is currently determined at the sole discretion of GetPrintX.
14. Payment Terms
- Cash on Delivery (COD) remittances take approximately 3-4 business days to be received by GetPrintX from the respective courier companies. Once received, the funds are transferred to the merchant’s account every Friday.
- Payments to recharge the wallet can be made online or via UPI. As wallet recharges are processed through a third-party payment gateway, the recharged amount cannot be refunded or transferred to a bank account under any circumstances.
- If a COD order is placed and paid for in advance, GetPrintX will not be able to alter the payment method at the time of delivery.
- In case of any modification to the shipping address after order placement, courier partners may impose a correction fee ranging from ₹50 to ₹100, which shall be debited from the merchant’s account.
- GST invoices are sent to the registered email address of the merchant during the first week of the following month. If any corrections are required, the merchant must notify GetPrintX within 3 days of receiving the invoice. It is the merchant’s responsibility to ensure that GST and bank account details are accurately updated in the “My Account” section.
- GetPrintX offers both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) courier options to all serviceable pin codes across India. For remote or out-of-coverage areas that can only be serviced through India Post, higher shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from the merchant’s account accordingly.
